Wentworth by the Sea Hotel & Spa New Castle, NH Wedding

I knew since photographing their dreamy Portsmouth, NH beach engagement session that their Wentworth by the Sea wedding would be absolutely stunning, and it exceeded all my expectations! The Wentworth Hotel itself featured crisp white walls and neutral tones galore (perfect for bouncing light!). The reception room displayed stunning, regal chandeliers with high ceilings. The grounds themselves were well manicured and had so many beautiful different options for light and airy family and bridal party photographs.

Lisa and Ryan are such a fun, caring, silly, gorgeous couple, it was an honor to be able to capture two of their life milestones so far and create heirlooms. Both have wedding industry experience, Lisa is a number one voted Manchester, NH makeup artist at her company, Lavo Beauty Co. Every time I walk into a wedding and see that she is the makeup artist, I can relax. I know my couple is in the best hands possible. Ryan used to work at the Shattuck Golf Club, a wedding venue in Jaffrey, NH in the Monadnock region. They weren’t sure if their pup, a sweet girl battling cancer, would make it to the wedding. But she did and we got to take some beautiful family photos of them all together. At the time of writing this, she has unfortunately lost her battle to cancer, so these photos were incredibly special to Lisa and Ryan, and a reminder of the importance of photography.
